TIP 1 – Get out in the light. At least 5-minutes a day.

TIP 2 – Cellular Hydration. Clean and Pure Water. Ideally structured, minimally filtered.

TIP 3 – Focus on your Fats. To activate cellular exchange so the immune system can be fired.

TIP 4 – Acid/ Alkaline Balance. Help is needed because cells need to be alkaline, but body metabolism creates acidity.

TIP 5 – Quality Sleep. A healthy day = a healthy night. Without good quality sleep the body is unable to repair and immune function can drop by up to 40%

When you may need help

Coughs, colds, sore throats, and viral infections once or twice a year are all part of healthy function. They enable your immune function to re-set. You should consider talking to us if you never have these types of infection or if you have them frequently or if your body struggles to clear them within a few days.

How Optimal Health Can Help

If you are struggling with infections and immune function we can help and recommend starting with an Initial Health Consultation for new patients. We connect online,  listen clearly to your health concerns and priorities, ensure our philosophy meets your needs, and recommend the starting point for an Optimal Health Treatment Pathway©
